Uy, kailan ka nagpuntang Payatas? And for what? :)
Hmm... baka puwede nating gamitin ang iba rito for our group report in Chulogy... Baka ma-floored ang Aceveydoh sa mga photographs, whynot! :p
And well, I'm sorta averse to these kinds of subject matters... Ewan ko ba. I don't think naman you "exoticized" the children. Pero I dunno... why did you take pics ba in Payatas? :)

Last Saturday. It was a favor. And medyo nagtatampo na si Michiko sa akin. :)
Anyway, this is really not my preferred subject for photographs. But, I tried as much as possible to show the humane side of the Payatas slums. I really hope I did not "exoticize" the children. It is far from my intention. I know that when it comes to these things, there is a thin line between being vulgar and increasing social awareness.
But, if there are some photographs you think are inappropriate for public viewing, please tell me so that I can remove it asap.

Haha, magtatampo si Michiko. :) You should attend a class I'm sponsoring for Heights on March 6. Siguro just to refresh what you've learned from jo avila and learn a bit more. It's an amateurs' open forum kind of class, but there are lectures.
They are nice subjects, i think, because they're less pretentious than adults. But, I wouldn't want to put it that way since I feel guilty taking shots of children in poverty. Too much an abstraction imho.
@jack: ganyan minsan ang multiply lalo na kung may previous na gumamit ng computer. Vulnerability of the face? Haha, sana. Non-indifference in difference. :)
@minnie: Sure, no problem. The other speaker uses a Canon G6 so you may ask her for any information on a Canon p&s. Sige, if I find the time to take photos again I will tell you.
Feb 9-12: 10th Philippine Hot Air Balloon Fiesta in Clarkfield, Pampanga
I might go on the 11th or 12th. It depends on the "hellishness" of the hell week. :) Anyway, you can go there with your friends if you want. Astig kumuha ng photos dun especially if you have a polarizing filter to emphasize the blue sky. Here's their website: http://www.philskies.net/library/pihabf2005/index.htm
Aiel went there before. Paging Aiel, ano? transpo mo na lang? :)

You don't have to, methinks. :) Most of the time, a signed mrf is needed for professional models and celebrities. But, you can always be a paparazzi. :) Once you click the shutter, it's your property already.
